Beneath its cross is sparkling gold, and it is surrounded by a piece of antique rhinestone jewelry. It rests in a small antique silver round cameo. Beneath it are 3 charms: antique silver horse; "BLESSED" bar. At the end of the linked chain is a heart charm.

Due to the style of the chain, the length can be as short as you want. The maximum length is 33". The pendant is approx. 3.5" x 1".
