We're in Louisville, Kentucky. That is where we're shipping from via USPS. Boots ship from our warehouse in California.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Stocked items take 1- 10 days to ship. Once shipped, USPS takes 2-3 days within the USA. The quantity of the item you are ordering may not be in stock, but is available to us. We ship these as fast as we can. typically, it takes 10 days for us to receive it, and then ship it to you. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but it allows us to offer many items in a variety of sizes.
If you need an item expedited or by a certain date, tell us in the MESSAGE section at checkout and FACEBOOK MESSAGE us, so our admin will see it and let us know.
It can take 10 days or more outside of the USA. Once it ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number from USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Because we are a small business, DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS DURING THE HOLIDAYS YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO SHIP. This means your order may take 1 day to ship or 2 weeks to ship. If you need your order by a certain date for a special occasion, please put the date in the MESSAGE SECTION at checkout, and let us know on FACEBOOK MESSAGES. We will contact you to let you know if it's possible.
WHY AM I CHARGED if MY ORDER DOESN'T SHIP IMMEDIATELY?
This is how this particular website works, and has nothing to do with how we designed the site.
Usually, your order will ship same day or within 10days. Sometimes your order will ship in 2 packages, and the 2nd one will soon follow the first. We assume the additional cost of the second shipment on your order, and if there's a third, we pay for that, too. If you need an item by a particular date, let us know when you place your order. We will let you know if the item is in stock, or it's possible to get it in time. If we have to overnight your order to get it to you in time, we have done that many times.
CUSTOM ITEMS MAY TAKE 3 -5 WEEKS TO SHIP, because they are custom. These items are offered to you often in a wide range of sizes and colors. It is not possible for us to stock every color in every size. We do try and stock some of these items, but many have to be ordered. So, please place your orders early.
Do you take CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, we take custom orders all of the time. Go to the COWGIRLS UNTAMED Facebook page and message us. Someone will get back to you to discuss what you are looking for. They will be happy to explain the process, and help you create your vision. Or call Michael, the owner, at 951-310-7125 and he'll help start the process.
Do you do LAYAWAY?
We no longer do layaway.
Do you sell WHOLESALE?
Yes, we do. You simply read and sign up . Simply click on the WHOLESALE button on our website.
Can I RETURN an item?
Please see our POLICY page for return details. We understand that sometimes items may not fit properly. We offer a store credit or exchange. Contact us first, before mailing a package. We'll issue you a return authorization number.
Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. Please inquire about shipping costs.

What is the COWGIRLS UNTAMED MEMBERSHIP?
This is an annual membership, and it is $20 for USA members and $40 for INTERNATIONAL members. National and International retail customers can purchase this on our website. We keep track of your membership here at our main shop. Every year, there is a fee. You decide if you want to renew it or not. It is NOT automatically renewed. Once that fee is paid and you have placed your first order, your benefits begin.
After you have paid for your membership and your first order with shipping costs, you will receive:
1.20% Off Orders $44.99 or more.

I heard you have a COWGIRLS UNTAMED Membership. Is that true? How do I join? top
YES, we do. If you are in the military becoming a member is free. Otherwise, if you type membership in the SEARCH BAR, information will pop up and you can order a membership for $20. The $20 is an annual fee. It is not automatically renewed. If you'd like to join again the next year, just sign up.
What are the benefits? The benefits are that for that year:
1. Shipping in the USA is FREE. Shipping outisde of the USA is 50% off (excluding auction sales and LAST CHANCE items).
2. Periodically, we will post special sales on FACEBOOK for members only, so you need to cheaking Facebook regularly. We will be trying to send emails out to notify members ahead of time.
3. You get FREE UPGRADES on jewelry items - see Facebook.
4. You get FREE customization, which is normally around a $10-$20 charge.
5. You also have access to our 60 day layaway program, which is ONLY ALLOWED FOR COWGIRLS UNTAMED MEMBERS.

Yes, we do. It is for MEMBERS ONLY. If you would like to become a member, it is $20 annual fee. And the benefits begin after your first order.
The layaway program allows you - at no interest - to purchase larger priced items or quantity of items and make payments on that order. We require 25% down, which is non-refundable. Then you have 60 days to finish your payments. You can make those payments at any time, in any way you wish. It just has to be paid off within that 60 day time frame. All payments made after the 25% down are refundable.
And, if you'd like us to ship part of your order that you have already paid for, just ask, and we can probably accomadate you. :)
