COWGIRLS UNTAMED takes pride in the fact that we provide lots of detail information, including size measurements and fabric information, on our website. It is important for you to read the measurements and order the appropriate size. If you are unsure of the right size for you, contact us on FACEBOOK MESSAGES. We are happy to help. However, we do understand that sometimes items just don't fit properly or are not what you thought they'd be.
We are a small business, and often the phone line gets too busy to return all phone calls. However, we do have an administrator on Facebook and she checks messages almost all day long, as well as our email messages- email@example.com. We will respond within 48hours.
If you receive your item(s), and decide it's not working for you, you can get a store credit, as long as it is NOT one of our NON RETURNABLE ITEMS - see list AND is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Before returning anything, CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION and COUPON CODE on FACEBOOK MESSAGES OR EMAIL us at COWGIRLSUNTAMED@YAHOO.COM.
You will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and a COUPON CODE for the store credit, as long as it meets all requirements. If your return meets our requirements once received at COWGIRLS UNTAMED, we will activate your coupon code. If it does not meet our return requirements, your return will be denied and returned to you.
If your item is received, and it is DEFECTIVE, contact us on Facebook Messages to get a RETURN AUTHPORIZATION #.. As long as it has only been 14 days, we will issue you a store credit. The returning item(s) can't have any odors that would allow the item not to sell: cigarette smole, pet dander and odor, perfume, etc.
Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition, and must have the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER referenced. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied, and returned to you. COWGIRLS UNTAMED is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return, and COWGIRLS UNTAMED does NOT credit you for the original shipping charges. PROCESSING RETURNS for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE will happen within 5-7 business days after receipt of the return.

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed.
NOTE: You must have your packing slip and all items must be in new, unworn and unwashed with no odor. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable, and will be denied and returned to you..

If you decide to cancel your order prior to it shipping and it's been less than 3-4 weeks, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the order.
If you receive the item and it is damaged, we will accept a return and provide a refund if the item has not been worn, has no odors and meets all other return requirements.

We ship nationally and internationally. Typically in the USA, we ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail Flat Rate depending on your order. Custom items can take up to 30 Days USA, and longer for International orders. However, this does depend on the items size, shape and weight and destination.
For international shipments, please place your order. We will contact you, via an emailed invoice or phone call prior to shipment, for the additional shipping charges, which you can pay for by credit card or Paypal. We will refund any overcharges. For example, a small flat rate USPS Priority Mail box costs $16.95. We will try and ship your order the cheapest way, but that is also the safest way for the product(s) you are purchasing.
We are a small business, and have quickly grown over the last few years. Thanks to y'all! While we do carry lots of inventory, there are times when items run out of stock and we have to re-order just like any other retial company. Or life issues happen, or holidays, and we get a bit behind (like our move to Kentucky in the sumer of 2014). Orders may take a few weeks to ships. At HOLIDAY TIME or when USPS is not working due to a Federal mandated Holiday, your order will be late. We appreciate your patience, while we process your order as quickly as we can.
We do have a large amount of stock, but we also work with artisans and designers for custom products, & vendors overseas. These items require more time to ship. The way our website works, we must put quantities available - including custom items, even though they are not actually here, just so they can be ordered. We also sell off Facebook, at tent shows to boutiques and on the phone, so it is difficult to keep inventory accurate, but we're working on that. We ask that you write in NOTES at checkout any due dates for orders that must arrive by a certain date or special occasions.
Most items ship within 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS (doesn't include weekends or Holidays) of an order being placed. So, some go out as early as within 24 hours of receipt of order, and some as late as 30 business days. Especially if you ordered many items, and 1 or 2 may not be in stock. We will ship the items in stock, first.
Custom clothing orders can take up to 5 WEEKS (doesn''t include weekends or Holidays). So, your order could take as little as 24 hours to ship out of here, or 3 days if the artisan has it in stock, or as many as 5 weeks for a custom order not in stock. If a custom order needs to be expedited - rushed- call us or put your request in the NOTES section when you order. We'll contact you to let you know if it's possible.
We are a smoke free environment. Many of us work from home, and most of us know each others jobs. So only well people ship and handle product.. We want to protect your health and safety.
We do quality test each piece of jewelry and all hand made items. Quality testing may include one or all of the following: gentle pulling, wearing (always cleaned with jewelry cleaner afterwards - if it can withstand being worn all day by one of us and survive - it's good to go - trust us!), gentle swinging, scrunching, dropping.
We also do a quick check on clothing, If it doesn't meet our standards, it may delay your order if we have to re-order. We also may no longer sell an item if the quality is poor and we get too many complaints.
We do custom orders. If you see a piece of jewelry, apparel or other hand made item that you like, but would like it changed in some way, let us know. We are happy to make the change. Custom orders are subject to a 25% sur Charge if you decide to cancel, and can not be returned.
If you have a great idea to create something, let us know and we'll create it for you. Typically, there is a small charge to make custom changes, unless you are a COWGIRLS UNTAMED MEMBER o see MEMBERSHIP information. Once a custom order is placed, agreed upon and we design and order your product you are responsible for payment.
COWGIRLS UNTAMED has their own line of custom tee's, tank tops, hoodies and sweatshirts. These items are sometimes in stock. However, because they are custom and the joy of you being able to select a wide range of colors, make it impossible for our small company to stock all of these. Therefore, items that are not in stock, can take as long as 5 weeks to be shipped during busy seasons.

We do offer a laway program for our members that consists of a non-refundable 25% down payment, and 60 days to complete your payments. You can make those payments at any time and at any amount, as long as its paid off in 60 days. At the end of the 60 Days, we will ship your order out to you.
